Supply - Cavitation based disinfecting of drinking water and sewage

The main purpose of the project is developing modern highly efficient and ecologically safe technologies of disinfecting drinking water and sewage; searching additional methods of the supply to the population of the disinfected water in the conditions of flooding, fires and other natural disasters from local reservoirs and sources; searching methods of preservation of water resources, water purification and water preparation; search additional, simple and reliable methods of disinfecting sewage of tubercular clinics, infectious and other branches of the medical centers, disinfecting and deodorizations of sewage from housing and communal services, pig farms, poultry farms and other animal productions. Medical aspects of replacing chlorination of drinking water with other methods of disinfecting.

Offer description: 

Cavitation based water disinfecting is one of the reagent-free methods of disinfecting water. Cavitation needs conditions for mass disinfecting of cavitations blebs and a zone of their disappearance. Efficiency of cavitations is influenced neither by purity nor by the salt structure of the water, not its color. Cavitation impact destroys colloids and particles which may contain bacteria. Thus pathogenic organisms become vulnerable to other factors of the cavitation impact: chemical, physical, electric. Bactericidal impact of the cavitations is in direct proportion to its intensity, speed of the stream and number of steps of the cavitations’ activators.

Technical and economic advantages of products: 

The technology is focused on disinfecting drinking water and sewage on the basis of the principle of drastic change of the difference between the pressure inside and outside pathogenic organisms, bacteria and viruses without using reagents or other impacts on water. This technology guarantees destruction of the coatings of the pathogenic organisms with the accuracy of 99.99%.

Innovative aspects of the offer: 

High efficiency. Productivity corresponds to the productivity of the multistage pumps, like CNSG. Energy saving (1,6 times less than, for example, with ultraviolet method). Ecologically friendly. The technology needs no reagents, acids, pitches etc. Energy consumption - 11-17 kW per 1 t of water. Possibility to use domestic materials. All equipment for the technology is made in Russia. The new principle used in the technology is the fact that the process destroying the coatings of the bacteria is opposite to the process in the cavitation blebs.

Practical experience of similar offers implementation: 

The most widely spread alternative to applying chlorine is the method of ozonization. Now along with other methods it is used by over 1000 water stations in Europe, mainly in France, Germany and Switzerland. Recently Japan and the USA started using ozonization. In the CIS countries ozonization is used in such large cities as Moscow, Kiev, Minsk and other. Ozonization of water allows considerably improving the quality of the drinking water, cleared sewage and solving many problems associated with applying chlorine.

Conditions and limitations of product realization : 

All equipment necessary for the technology is made in Russia.
