Kind of coverings - monometallic, alloy, composite; process temperatures - 15 – 80 C; hardness of layer - from 0,3 to 20 GPa; durability of cohesion – at least is the durability of the basic material; minimal size of the internal channel - not less than 2 mm; external size - not limited; the base - any metal or alloy; (mainly copper, nickel, titan, steels, aluminum, tungsten). Repair and restoration of various spares: lamellas of the collectors of electric motors; working surfaces of pins and gears in the reducers of the capacity from 5 Kw and more, in particular, reducers of trolley buses; working surfaces of sliding bearings; surfaces of the forms for making ceramics, including silicate bricks; surfaces of shafts (with smooth surface and slit connections); restoration of plugs under the levers of steering systems, shock-absorbing suspension brackets, cross-pieces of cardans, parts of stop valve of the heat power equipment. Of special interest is restoration of parts made of special expensive alloys. The process is especially efficient with electro crystallization of such metals as titan, tungsten and alloys on their basis, in particular, titan-aluminum, tungsten-cobalt, tungsten-iron, tungsten-chrome and also alloys iron-molybdenum, molybdenum-cobalt, iron-nickel-chrome. Except deposition of actually alloys, these processes provide for receiving composite materials reinforced by boron nitride (cubanite and hexanite), tungsten carbide, diamond and also difficult composites of the type a particle grid-sheaf-reinforcing particles.
