New structures of composite coverings are intended for gas-thermal strengthening and restoring parts of machines operated in extreme conditions. Powders are produced by method of plasma-chemical synthesis of composite particles on the basis of refractory compounds.

Technical and economic advantages of products: 

Coverings of ceramic-metal powders: «Kermet-1»: For parts operated in the conditions of simultaneous influence through wear, blow and temperature. • Hardness - 60-68 units HRC • Wear resistance in the conditions of an abrasive friction - in 3-8 times higher than the standard - the tempered steel 50 (abrasive - SiC) • Porosity - 3-8 % • Adhesion: a melted covering. «Kermet-2 »: For the parts subject to simultaneous influence through wear, corrosion, blow • Hardness - 55-62 units HRC • Wear resistance in the conditions of an abrasive friction 2-20 times higher then the standard - the tempered steel 50 (abrasive-SiC) • Porosity - 3-7 %. • Adhesion: a melted covering. Coverings of oxide ceramics: For different functions: wear- and corrosion proof, anti-friction, heat isolating. • Wear resistance in the conditions of an abrasive friction is 2,5 times higher then the standard - the tempered steel 50 (abrasive - SiC) • Porosity - 3-5 % and below 1 % depending on the degree of amorphization of coverings • Adhesion: the plasma covering of 3 mm thickness (not melted one) is not chopped off when cutting by mill.

Innovative aspects of the offer: 

Coverings of ceramic-metal powders: «Kermet-1»: Increasing the firmness of parts of hot stamps (t > 1000°С, press pressure 250 tons, an abrasive) 3-5 times in comparison with a melt-on of the powder wire PP25X5FMS. «Kermet-2»: Increasing the wear resistances 2,5-4 times in comparison with the coverings containing WC-Co. Coverings of oxide ceramics: Increasing the corrosion resistance 3 times in comparison with ТiO2, the material has no analogies in terms of its structure: it can be fully or partially amorphizated not only in a powder, but also in the coated layer.
